Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview

We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our customers. To ensure fairness and accommodate all patrons, we have established a 12-hour cancellation policy for all bookings at our golf simulator facility.

2. Cancellation Window

Customers must cancel or reschedule their reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid any cancellation fees.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please use one of the following methods:

  1. Online Reservations: Cancel your booking through our online booking system at www.beachgolfnj.com.

  2. Phone Reservations: Call us at (848) 367-1524 to cancel your reservation.

  3. In-Person Reservations: Visit us at 603 Arnold Ave, Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey 08742 to cancel your reservation.

4. Cancellation Fees

Timing of Cancellation Fee Charged

  • 12 hours or more in advance of the scheduled start time - No cancellation fee 

  • Less than 12 hours but more than 2 hours in advance of the scheduled start time - Fee equivalent to 50% of the reservation will be charged to card on file

  • No-Shows (Failure to show up or cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled start time) - Full reservation will be charged to card on file

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any fees. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours but more than 2 hours in advance of the scheduled start time will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee policy (Section 4) will apply.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact our staff directly at (848) 367-1524. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
